Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. Refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns and exchanges. We can provide shipping labels, fees will be automatically deducted from the return amount and charged for exchanges accordingly. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit during the return/exchange process.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to approval and must meet the following conditions:
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange the product must be in the same condition in which it was received and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the process after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
